Designing thoughtful trips to Japan and Mexico for mindful travelers seeking off-the-beaten-path experiences that honor people and the planet.

What is
Conscious TrAvel?

Being mindful of how you decide where you’re going and why, and considering how those decisions impact the people and places you visit.

It’s about intentionality,
not sacrifice.

Travel is deeply personal. It crosses physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions, but beyond the individual experience, each trip we take plays a role in the broader context of our planet.

That dOes not mean you have to sacrIfice the cOmforts you lOve or lUxury you crAve.

We aim for balance, designing trips that mix mindfulness with personalized planning, quality experiences, spacious schedules and adventures that feel as luxurious as you’d like.

What if I could show you a lighter, more mindful way to travel?

I founded Puebla York in 2019 to encourage conscious travel through easeful experiences that prioritize authentic connection, cultural expansion, and environmental stewardship.

If this sounds like travel at your ideal speed, you’re in the right place, and I’m so happy you found me.

Travel is one of the most expansive, interesting activities we can engage in, but the thrill and serenity of a trip is often interrupted by what feels like an unavoidable travel symptom : stress

“Over 90% of Americans find trAvel strEssful. We endurE a lOt of stress in the pursuit of relaxation.”
